As the author of Duct Tape Marketing, Jantsch literally wrote the book on small business marketing. He and Monson dive into what small businesses can do to stand out, and why owners and entrepreneurs need to think beyond marketing tactics towards a deeper strategy.
Then, they move on to talk about Jantsch’s new book, The Self-Reliant Entrepreneur. He realized that it was easy enough for entrepreneurs to find guidance on how to run a business, but that there were fewer guides to help them find the why behind their work. Jantsch wrote it because it’s the book he wishes he had on hand to guide his entrepreneurial journey.
